Rest assured that the product you receive will be identical to the one shown in the pictures. Our product images are taken with professional equipment under standardized lighting to accurately reflect the actual colors, dimensions, and details of the items. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings or handmade craftsmanship for certain products. If you find any significant discrepancies between the received item and the picture, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
You can view your sales receipt in two convenient ways. First, log into your account on our website and navigate to the “Order History” section—select the relevant order, and you’ll find a “View Receipt” button to access a digital copy of your receipt. Additionally, a PDF version of your sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout immediately after your order is confirmed. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To initiate a return, please log into your account, go to “Order History,” select the relevant order, and click “Request Return.” You’ll need to provide details about the reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong size) and upload photos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email—simply print it, pack the item securely with its original packaging, and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, credited back to your original payment method. Note that personalized or perishable items are non-returnable.
Yes, we do plan to restock most items marked as “out of stock”. The restocking timeline varies by product—some popular items will be back in stock within 1-2 weeks, while others may take 3-4 weeks depending on supply chain conditions. You can click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page to receive an email alert as soon as the item is restocked. For a small number of discontinued products, we will clearly mark them as “No Longer Available” to avoid any confusion.
